Timemore worked with experienced competitors during development, and the kettle’s widened gooseneck and ergonomic handle help you move from a fine, vertical stream to a stronger flow when the recipe calls for it. An anti scald lid with vents at the rim helps release steam safely.

Set the base on your bench and place the kettle on top. Fill to your desired level. Use the touch slider or the plus and minus keys to select a target temperature, then watch the LED show current and set values.
